GCCSA Player Evaluations for Youth Academy and Classic Teams
Everyone is invited for a free player evaluation. GCCSA Club coaches will provide feedback to each player and recommend a GCCSA program that will be most beneficial for the upcoming 2024-2025 seasons.

Agenda – Discuss the GCCSA soccer model, including player development, coaching education and parent involvement
Evaluation dates for 2013-2018 birth years
Tuesday, May 7 and Friday, May 10 6:00-7:30 pm.
Registration begins at 5:30 PM at Hanna Park
Evaluation dates for 2007-2012 birth years
Monday, May 20 and Tuesday, May 21 6:00-7:30 pm.
Registration begins at 5:30 PM at Hanna Park
An evaluation make up date for all birth years will be Wednesday, May 29 from 6:00-7:00 PM.

Go to www.gccsasoccer.com to register your child online. Sign in or create a new account, be sure to register for Cobras (not recreation).
Fill out the paperwork: Medical Waiver Form (type in or print and fill out) and the GCCSA Player/Parent Contract, links are below.
Player/Parent Contract
You will need to print and bring a completed Medical Waiver and Parent/Player Contract to evaluations OR you can scan and email completed documents to [email protected]
Everyone will need to check-in at the registration table on their day of evalution.
Evaluations:
Check in is required at Hanna Park.
Placement Notification
Parents will be notified of their player's status via email after all evaluations have been completed.
Player/Parent Acceptance
Parents will receive instructions in the status email for player acceptance.
Commitment Fee
A $100 commitment fee is due before June 10.
Team Meetings
Once player offers are confirmed, team meetings will be held in June/July to discuss plans for the upcoming year as well as place uniform orders.
Costs:
Annual costs vary based on team and team type and consist of club fees and team fees. An overview of costs can be found here.
Scholarships are available for those in financial need. Scholarship requests are due by June 10. To request a scholarship or for more information, please contact Kristin Enderby.
What to Wear/Bring:
- Water bottle
- Soccer ball
- Cleats
An evaluation number will be provided when you check-in for registration.
Commitment Details:
If you commit to a team, the following will apply:
- Commitment fee will be due on or before June 10.
- When you make a commitment to a team you are financially responsible for all club fees on the dates in the table above.
- If payment is not received on or before the due date, your player’s card may be pulled until payment is received.
- Alternate payment schedules must be approved by the GCCSA.
- All requests for player scholarships are due by June 10.
